Lighthouse of Love

I see it in your eyes, the look of someone lost at sea,

from too many goodbyes. No place to cling to for safety.

Darkness all around, the waves keep crashing down.

Looking for a light, to get you through another night.

Hold on to yourself, I'm sending you help.

Let me be your lighthouse to shine my love your way.

Guide you back to shore, in my arms you'd safely stay.

This world is hard to live in, but please don't give in.

You've got something to believe in.

The going can be rough, the current full of tricks galore.

Even though you've had enough, don't trust a landing on rocky shores.
